Ellie has previously worked in various customer facing roles, where she has always been the first point of contact for customers and clients. This means she can offer a more personalised service, delivered with knowledge and empathy towards the issues faced by individuals.

Ellie also has a range of qualifications such as, Level 3 Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Level 2 TQUK certificate in Events Planning (RQF)
