Motoring Offences

We can help if you have been summoned to the Magistrates Court or invited for a police interview in relation to a motoring offence.

If you have received a Court summons to attend the Magistrates for a motoring offence, and would like legal representation, please contact us to arrange an initial meeting. Gavin is assisted administratively by our paralegals. We typically charge £300 an hour, plus VAT, throughout your motoring offence case.

If you have been charged or asked to a police interview, and would like legal representation, we may be able to help you. We charge £500 plus VAT for a police interview. We then typically charge £300 an hour, plus VAT, throughout your motoring offence case.

It is difficult to predict how long your case may take, especially if you are instructing us as early as police interview stage. However, if you are then charged with the motoring offence, what plea you enter will depend how long your case takes. If you enter a guilty plea your case should conclude in a month or two. If you enter a not guilty plea it can take in excess of six months for your case to conclude. We must however stress this is all dependent on the Court in your region, as waiting times can vary.

If you would like to arrange an initial solicitor consultation, please contact us.
