Ella graduated with a degree in Social Work from Manchester Metropolitan University. She joined GESols as a claims advisor, quickly rising to head up our Client Relations & Marketing Department. Ella is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, striving to resolve issues promptly and maintaining client trust.

With a collaborative approach, Ella works closely with various in-house teams to deliver timely solutions, ultimately helping clients navigate legal challenges and to achieve peace of mind.
